1. Meditation & Yoga 


Meditation and yoga together can do miracles. Meditation can physically change our brain. it helps to keep us less anxious. Meditation also improves concentration and sleeplessness. It is recommended every morning or in the evening but not before bedtime. whenever you do meditation make sure that you are fully awake. Yoga increases our physical strength and flexibility and also alters our brain positively. Yoga also reduces stress, anxiety and depression. It keeps us more joyful and happy, doing yoga every day can turn you more present and mindful in everyday life.


2. Exercise


 Everybody knows the benefits of exercising. There is no doubt that regular exercise can keep us more alive and energetic, no matter what lifestyle you have, it reduces the stress that helps to redress our mood and boost self-confidence. If you are new at physical exercise don't perform a very hardcore exercise initially, take small steps at first, like walking or jogging for 20 minutes. do an exercise of your choice don't fall into other's suggestions, every physical activity works.


3. Get Enough Sleep


Adults need 7 to 9 hours of sleep every day whereas children and teenagers need 9 to 18 hours of sleep per day. if anyone consistently sleeping less, he or she is more likely to suffer from anxiety, stress, and other undesirable conditions. People who exercise, meditate and do yoga regularly find less difficulty to sleep at night. Avoid looking at screens of a computer, tablet, mobile phone, Tv etc. before bed.


4. Keep yourself Organised


Suppose you are leaving your house for some important work and at the end moment you can not find your wallet or your vehicle's key, it's easy to get stressed out at such point of time. be organised it keeps us peaceful and will get plenty of time to focus on other important work. Even in this case also, start taking small steps like hanging your keys at a designated place. make a commitment to yourself, to put your stuff at the same place.


5. Socialise


Spend time with friends or with those people whose company you enjoy, who makes you feel good about yourself. It helps to boost self-confidence and distract us from unnecessary stress. If you are studying away from home and you don't have any family or friends, call them regularly or have video chats with them.

6. Laugh


Laughter increases endorphins and boosts the immune system, Improve memory, lower down stress and also helps older adults on short term memory. Watch comedy videoes on youtube also go to some stand-up comedy show or do things that makes you laugh.


7. Less usage of technology


 Spend time away from Computer and mobile phones engage in some real-time work. it helps to stay more present at the moment and buy you time to do some other productive work and stress relieving things.
